This lifetime warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect or normal wear and tear.

A little disappointed I ordered a English Tan pencil case and received I don't know what color it is ( not English Tan ) Also the case is rather small compared to the ad you show.

This case is well made with heavy stitching and a robust zipper. The finish, feel and scent are great, quite a luxurious material for a pencil case. Frequently handled items like a key case, a wallet or purse made by this company with this exquisite quality leather would last for many many years.
